 Working with Savion was the best decision I ever made for my fitness journey. I appreciate how patient he is with me, as well as how much effort he puts into learning what I need, maximizing my strengths, and improving my weaknesses. Although I can be a tough cookie at times, Savion is always patient with me, and he never gives up on me, even when I want to give up on myself. Whenever necessary, he is always willing to adapt his workouts to meet your needs. Here in Birmingham, he will always be my number one trainer! 

Training with Savion was a great experience. It really helped me prepare for the 2022 season by using all the drills and techniques we worked on during our sessions. The technique that I learned in my sessions really helped me improve my confidence in practice and games. Savion not only helped improve my technique, but he also helped improve my conditioning. Savion pushed me daily to be the best version of myself and give my best not only on the field but off the field as well. I highly recommend training with HQ.

 HQ Training really helped me get ready for college in so many ways, from getting up early for training to learning to control my mindset. Savion taught me so much about how to handle being a college athlete, which led to me becoming a starter as a Freshman in 2022. I can't wait to get back in the summer and grind. 

HQ training has always been beneficial for helping for me stay in shape in the off season. Whenever I come back home for short periods of time, I never have to worry about getting quality field work, HQ always comes through. Not only for great conditioning but also for helping me make sure that my technique is on point to block some of the best defensive lineman in the world! I am proud to say that I have worked with HQ before the come up! 

 I wanted to write this to let you know that and others how grateful I am for everything you have done for Player Development over the years.
