Who We Are
Savion
Savion is a ACSM certified personal trainer and former college athlete. He graduated in 2020 with a sport management degree and also has a minor in business administration from Huntingdon College. Savion played multiple positions from high school through college including defensive end, outside linebacker, and safety. In his leisure time, Savion enjoys grilling, listening to audio books, being outdoors, and gaming.
how HQ started
HQ Training was started in 2020 because young athletes not getting good training/coaching. The main goal was was to become a beacon of positive training that put's the athlete first to make sure they are able to develop their skills to perform at the highest level efficiently. HQ then expanded to training individuals and helping them grow on their fitness journey. As of February 2023 HQ Training became an official business known as HQ Training LLC. Everything done by HQ is "High Quality".
